All you need to ask

Lux® products are sold in all leading retail outlets i.e. general stores and supermarkets all over the country. If you’re having trouble finding a product, we suggest that you speak with your store manager.  If you are unable to locate a Lux product near you, please call our Consumer Services toll free number, 080 - 013000 (Pakistan), Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time where we can further assist you. You can also view our portfolio on this website and place an order online. 

We suggest you check our website from time to time for the latest special offers and promotions.

All LUX® products remain at their optimum quality and freshness for at least two years when stored at room temperature.

If you notice a reaction on your skin that might be caused by one of the Lux® line of products, please go to the Contact Us section of the website. If this is a product safety emergency, please call 0800-13000

If you find something unusual with a Lux® product that you purchased, please let us know by going to the Contact Us section of the website. If this is a medical or product safety emergency, please call 0800-13000 (Pakistan).
