1. Can you buy LUX products online?

We do not sell LUX products online, however you can visit ecommerce sites like Dis-Chem, and Clicks to purchase your favourite LUX products online.

2. How much do LUX products cost?

The price may vary from store to store due to LUX having different sizes and variants. For the most accurate pricing, visit your nearest supermarket.

3. Are LUX products only for a certain type of skin?

We'd like to reassure you that LUX is for all skin types. We offer different fragrances that suit a range of different preferences.

4. Are LUX products suitable for men?

Even though LUX is advertised at ladies, all of the products are suitable for men as well.

5. Where can I buy LUX in bulk?

Unfortunately we cannot say exactly where they can be found as there are various retailers that sell LUX and we have no way of listing them all. We would recommend that you visit your nearest wholesale store such as a Makro.

6. Can I get a discount on my LUX products?

7. I had a terrible experience at a store trying to buy your product!

8. What happened to your lotion range?

LUX is a global brand and unfortunately the decision was made to discontinue the lotion. LUX specialises in Body Washes and Beauty Bars, however, as part of this, growth and development changes are often necessary.

9. I used your product and had a bad reaction to it, what do I need to do?

We are very sorry to hear this. We would like to get a better understanding so may you kindly contact our customer care centre on 086 057 2861, where a consultant will be able to assist you.

10. I cannot find LUX Evenly Radiant anywhere, please can you help me?

Unfortunately our LUX Evenly Radiant range has been discontinued, however we have added two new products, LUX Even Tone and LUX Tempting Whisper ,to our collections. Take a look and find your perfect variant in our product section.

11. Are LUX products safe and not harsh on the skin?

Yes our products are completely safe!! They undergo rigorous testing and analysis at an ingredient level by our safety board before being passed along to dermatological testing to ensure that it is indeed OK for human use. This however does not mean that the product is perfect for everyone, some people may react to certain ingredients due to allergies or intolerances.

12. Can I please have a sample of your products?

Unfortunately we do not give out any samples. Keep an eye on our social pages for upcoming competitions, special offers and giveaways.

13. Can LUX sponsor me?

It is wonderful that you thought of LUX. Due to LUX being a global company we are involved with various initiatives that give back to the community, this ,means that unfortunately we will not be able to assist you at this time.

14. How do I become the face of LUX?

We currently have a Face Of LUX, Nandi Madida, our decision in choosing her was determined by our need to inspire other women to be more. We believe that every woman is beautiful inside and out. So contact us on our social channels and you could be chosen to represent us at an influential level.

15. Do you guys only use famous people for your campaigns, why don’t you use normal women?

We hear your concerns. LUX believes that every woman is beautiful inside and out regardless of their job title, status or background. LUX believes in encouraging women to reach for their dreams by surrounding them with positive influences and people to look up to, like the women you see in the #MoreThanYouCanSee campaign. Together with these established women, we aspire to empower you to be more!
